In a kitchen where the various food items are alive, a mysterious figure kidnaps the babies of Mother Carrot. The Potato cops are on the case trying to track down the kidnapper before something happens to the baby Carrots. After interogating various suspects, the Potato cops are hot on the trail of the kidnapper!
